Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Hygiene-related products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Banks or card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
